AV Actions Brings the Flex LED Wall to DC
We recently set up one of our favorite pieces of gear, the Indoor & Outdoor Flex LED Wall, for an outdoor event down in The Wharf. If you’ve never seen this wall in person, photos genuinely don’t do it justice. It curves. Not in a subtle way either, this thing bends into an S shape and still holds a razor-sharp image from edge to edge.
For this event, we ran a bold red and white geometric animation through it, and the effect outdoors, with natural light and foot traffic all around, was exactly the kind of moment we live for. People stop walking. They pull out their phones. That’s the whole point of a wall like this.
Why We Love the DiColor US Series
A lot of LED walls on the rental market are flat, boxy, and functional. Nothing wrong with that, we use plenty of flat cabinet walls too. But the Flex LED Wall gives us something different: real flexibility, literally. The panels can curve to fit a space, wrap around a corner, or create a dramatic focal point like the one in these photos. For hotels and venues in the DC area looking to make an entrance, lobby display, or stage backdrop feel less like a screen and more like an art installation, this wall does the job.
It also holds up outdoors, which matters a lot for events like this one. Between the weather, the sunlight washing out lower-quality panels, and the general wear and tear of load in and load out, not every wall is built for that kind of day. This one is.
