Flexible module design and curvature
The DiColor Flex US Series is built on a bendable substrate that allows individual modules to curve freely, forming S-curves, cylinders, concave and convex arcs, and wave shapes that rigid LED panels cannot achieve. An 11+2 segmented arc transition design improves curvature smoothness significantly over standard flexible LED systems, eliminating visible seam misalignments and producing a truly continuous display surface across complex shapes.
Cabinet adjustability and configuration
Each cabinet supports up to ±22.5° single-cabinet angle adjustments, and multiple cabinets can be combined to achieve a wide range of custom curved configurations — including tight circles with a diameter as small as 1.27 meters using as few as eight cabinets. This makes the US Series well suited for immersive stage backdrops, curved presenter surrounds, and architectural LED installations where creative shaping is a design priority.
Pixel pitch and image quality
Available in fine pixel pitch options including 2.6mm, the US Series uses SMD RGB LED technology to deliver accurate color reproduction and high pixel density across curved surfaces. Cast aluminum cabinet construction keeps panels lightweight — approximately 10mm thin — while maintaining the structural integrity needed for reliable performance in rental and touring environments.
Installation and serviceability
The US Series features a precision positioning lock system that ensures uniform module curvature and consistent alignment across the full display surface during installation. Magnetic front-access modules allow for quick on-site maintenance and LED replacement without disassembling the cabinet structure, reducing downtime during multi-day events and touring productions.
