Our Expanded LED Poster Inventory
Our LED poster inventory has grown quite a bit, and we wanted to walk you through what that actually looks like on the ground.
If you’ve worked with us before, you know LED posters are one of those pieces of equipment that seem simple on the surface but end up doing a lot of heavy lifting at an event. They’re bright, they’re sharp, and they give you a way to display branding, wayfinding, sponsor logos, or event information without needing a full video wall setup. With our inventory expansion, we can now support a much wider range of requests, from a single poster tucked next to a check-in table to a full row of them lining an entrance or foyer.
That flexibility matters more than people expect. A hotel ballroom entrance looks completely different from a registration desk in a lobby, and the AV needs at each spot are rarely the same. Some clients want one poster displaying a welcome message or agenda. Others want a whole line of them creating a branded walkway guests pass through on their way into a general session. We’ve had requests for posters positioned near elevators, at breakout room doors, and even paired together to frame a stage entrance. Having more units in stock means we can say yes to these requests without scrambling to piece something together last minute.
One of the biggest advantages of LED posters, and part of why we keep investing in more of them, is that they’re self-standing. There’s no rigging involved, no need to hang anything from a ceiling grid, and no extra labor or time built into the schedule for structural setup. For hotel properties especially, where load-in and load-out windows can be tight and ballrooms often flip multiple times in a single day, that matters. Our crews can get posters placed, powered, and content-ready quickly, then break them down just as fast when the event wraps.
That kind of turnaround is honestly one of the more underrated parts of the job. A lot of hotel events run back to back, sometimes with only an hour or two between a breakfast meeting and an afternoon general session in the same space. Equipment that requires minimal setup time isn’t just convenient, it’s often the difference between a smooth transition and a stressed one. Our LED posters are built for exactly that kind of pace.
The expanded inventory also means we’re better positioned for larger conferences and multi-day events where posters might be needed in more than one location at once. Think a hospitality suite on one floor and a general session entrance on another, both running simultaneously. We can now support that kind of scale without pulling from a single limited pool of units.
And while LED posters are great on their own, they also pair well with the rest of our equipment lineup.
