Advanced 4K HDR Recording

The Shogun 7 supports high-quality 4K recording up to 60fps via SDI and HDMI inputs, capturing footage in professional formats such as Apple ProRes and Avid DNxHR. This allows filmmakers and production teams to bypass internal camera compression and record directly to high-quality external media with superior color depth, dynamic range, and post-production flexibility.

HDR Precision Monitoring

Featuring a 7-inch 1000-nit HDR touchscreen display, the Shogun 7 delivers accurate on-set monitoring even in bright outdoor conditions. It supports HDR standards such as HDR10 and HLG, along with professional scopes including waveform, vectorscope, focus peaking, and false color, enabling precise exposure and color control during production.

Multi-Camera Switching & Production Workflow

Beyond monitoring and recording, the Atomos Shogun 7 functions as a live multi-camera switcher, allowing operators to switch between multiple SDI or HDMI sources in real time.
