Video conferencing system overview
The Logitech Group is a USB-connected video conferencing system designed for medium to large conference rooms. It pairs a wide-angle Full HD camera with a speakerphone unit to provide a complete audio and video solution in a single system, compatible with most major video conferencing platforms.
Camera specifications
The integrated camera captures 1080p Full HD video at 30 fps with a 90-degree field of view, making it well suited for rooms with multiple participants seated around a conference table. Optical zoom allows closer framing of individuals or whiteboards without a significant loss in image quality.
Audio and speakerphone
The Group’s speakerphone unit features 360-degree microphone pickup and full-duplex audio, providing clear, natural conversation for participants on both ends of a call. Up to two expansion microphone pods can be added to extend pickup coverage for larger rooms.
Connectivity and compatibility
The system connects to a host computer via USB and is plug-and-play compatible with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and other major conferencing platforms without requiring additional drivers or software. This makes setup fast and straightforward in temporary or unfamiliar meeting spaces.
