The YesTech P1.9 is a modular indoor full color LED display with a 1.9mm pixel pitch, high-density SMD RGB LEDs, and a high refresh rate suitable for broadcast and live streaming. With brightness in the 800–1,000 nit range and front-serviceable panel construction, it is well suited for close-viewing applications including conferences, corporate events, trade shows, and live productions.

Stage Setups Just Got a Whole Lot Easier!

Take a look at one of our latest in-house builds. We put together a full stage setup featuring our large-format LED wall as a backdrop, a production camera, and a JBL line array for sound, and it turned out to be a great example of what we can do when all three pieces come together in one space.

The LED wall is really the centerpiece here. As a backdrop, it does so much more than just look good on camera. It gives event planners a blank canvas that can shift throughout the day, whether that’s a company logo during a keynote, a sponsor rotation during breaks, live footage of the speaker during a panel, or a full motion graphic package for an awards moment. Instead of printing static banners or building out a set piece that stays the same for the entire event, the wall lets the stage change personality from one segment to the next without anyone lifting a finger.

Pair that with a production camera and things get even more interesting. We can capture wide shots of the full stage, tight shots on a speaker, or feed footage directly onto the LED wall itself for that magnified, broadcast-style look audiences are used to seeing at bigger conferences. For panel discussions especially, having a camera in the mix means people in the back rows aren’t squinting to see who’s talking. It also opens the door to recording the session for later use, whether that’s internal training, marketing content, or just an archive for the client.

Then there’s sound, and this is where the JBL line array comes in. A great looking stage doesn’t mean much if the audio falls flat, especially in a big ballroom or a space with a lot of hard surfaces bouncing sound around. Line arrays are built to throw clear, even coverage across a large room without blasting the people in the front few rows. Whether it’s a keynote speaker, a graduation ceremony with names being read one after another, or an awards show with music cues and applause breaks, the sound needs to stay clean and consistent from front to back.

What makes this particular build worth showing off is how well the three pieces work as a system. The camera feed can live on the wall, the audio can be timed to visual cues, and the whole thing can be scaled up or down depending on the room. We’ve used variations of this setup for conferences, panel discussions, award ceremonies, graduation events, and a handful of other formats where a hotel client wanted the stage to feel like more than just a podium and a microphone.

That last part matters too. Every venue is a little different, and every event has its own vision for what the stage should feel like. Some clients want a massive wall that dominates the room. Others want something more understated with the camera work doing most of the heavy lifting. We build around whatever the space and the occasion call for, rather than trying to force one standard package into every room.

If you have an event coming up and want something like this setup, whether it’s the full package or just a piece of it, give us a call at (703) 751-1010 or shoot us an email at info@avactions.com and we’ll figure out what makes sense for your stage.
