Pixel Load Capacity
A single Novastar VX1000 unit drives up to 6.5 million pixels across 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports, with a maximum output width of 10,240 pixels and height of 8,192 pixels, making it well suited for ultra-wide and ultra-high LED wall configurations.
Input and Working Modes
The VX1000 accepts a variety of video signals and processes high-resolution 4Kx1K@60Hz images. It supports three working modes: Video Controller for standard processing and output, Fiber Converter for long-distance signal transmission via optical ports, and Bypass for a pixel-to-pixel pass-through with minimal processing.
Image Processing and Calibration
The VX1000 includes stepless output scaling, low latency, HDR support, comprehensive color tuning for brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, and gamma, and pixel-level brightness and chroma calibration to ensure consistent, accurate image quality across the entire display.
Layer Management
The VX1000 supports up to 6 layers with customizable sizes and positions, including picture-in-picture capability, giving operators flexible control over how multiple sources are arranged on screen during live events.
Software Control
The VX1000 works with NovaStar’s NovaLCT software for screen configuration, calibration, and Ethernet port backup settings, and V-Can for real-time on-site control including input switching, layer management, and preset loading.
